Job summary

Demant Polska is seeking a finance data professional to govern master data, support global ERP/EPM transformations, and build automated reports for finance decision-makers.

You will create a single version of the truth across financial systems, collaborate with IT and Shared Service Center in Poland, and develop BI solutions using Power BI to enable data-driven decisions.

Qualifications

• Have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Information Systems or a related field
• Have proven experience in financial master data management, including governance frameworks and data quality initiatives
• Have practical experience with financial reporting, automation and dashboard development
• Are proficient with Business Intelligence tools such as Power BI or similar
• Have a solid understanding of ERP systems and their impact on financial operations and reporting
• Demonstrate strong analytical skills, attention to detail and a structured working style
• Communicate clearly and can explain technical or datarelated topics to nontechnical stakeholders
• Are fluent in English

Responsibilities

• This role focuses primarily on finance master data governance, standardization and data quality management
• Establish and maintain strong governance for Financial Master Data to ensure accuracy, consistency, and alignment across all financial systems.
• Implementing and defining datamodel to support Financial Reporting requirements in our Financial reporting solutions
• Lead the bridging of local Charts of Accounts (CoA) with the Group CoA, enabling smooth integration of financial information from all business units.
• Create a Single Version of the Truth (SVOT) by harmonizing data across platforms and ensuring consistent, transparent reporting structures.
• Design, develop, and optimize BI solutions in close collaboration with stakeholders and the Global BI team in IT, including tabular models, standard reports, and dashboards that enable datadriven decisionmaking across the organization.

You will be part of Group EPM Systems within Global Finance and collaborate closely with finance stakeholders, IT and our Shared Service Center in Poland.
