Job summary

Fresenius Kabi Polska in Wrocław seeks a senior Finance Transformation Specialist to lead end-to-end Record-to-Report (R2R) transformation initiatives across the SSC. You will design future-state processes, conduct fit-gap analyses and drive standardization and automation in collaboration with local finance teams.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting, 10+ years in finance with SSC/BPO exposure, strong IFRS knowledge, SAP FI expertise, and excellent stakeholder

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related field.
• 10+ years in Finance & Accounting with at least 5 years in SSC/BPO.
• Strong IFRS knowledge and R2R experience.
• Experience in finance transformation or process improvement.
• Proficient in SAP FI; Fixed Assets a plus.
• Team leadership or analyst experience is advantageous.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Job description

We are an international medical corporation, providing products and services in the healthcare industry, offering life-saving essential drugs and medical devices for infusion, transfusion and clinical nutrition.

Our Shared Service Center in Wrocław has existed since 2014 and brings together over 400 finance professionals supporting multiple European markets. We continue to grow and expand our scope of operations.

This is how your responsibilities would look like:

• Leading global transformation initiatives across end-to-end Record-to-Report (R2R) processes.
• Designing future-state (To-Be) processes and identifying required changes in workflows, operating models and enabling technologies.
• Conducting fit-gap analyses with local entities to identify deviations from global standards and define improvement actions.
• Driving process harmonization, standardization and optimization across Shared Service Centers and local organizations.
• Acting as a key liaison between GBS, Corporate Finance, IT and local finance teams.
• Collaborating with stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of transformation initiatives.
• Supporting the development and continuous enhancement of the R2R KPI framework and reporting landscape.
• Identifying opportunities for automation, digitalization and operational efficiency improvements.
• Facilitating workshops, gathering business requirements and translating them into process improvements.
• Supporting change management activities and ensuring stakeholder engagement throughout transformation programs.

We also need to have some requirements, so here they are:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in Finance & Accounting, including at least 5 years within an SSC or BPO environment.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and IFRS.
• Deep knowledge of Record-to-Report (R2R) processes, systems and best practices.
• Experience in finance transformation, process improvement or business transformation initiatives.
• Good knowledge of SAP FI.
• Understanding of Fixed Assets Accounting processes will be considered a strong advantage.
• Previous experience as a Team Leader and/or Business Process Analyst is a plus.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and project management skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including experience facilitating workshops and gathering business requirements.
• Project Management and/or Change Management certifications will be an advantage.
• Willingness to travel when required to support transformation projects.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.
