Qualifikationen

• Excellent Excel modelling and experience with HFM is a plus

Right now, we are seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Analyst to focus on Reporting, System, and Analysis.

How you’ll make an impact:

• Partner with market FP&A teams to consolidate forecasts, analyze business performance, and identify key risks and opportunities.

• Provide timely financial insights and recommendations to support decision-making by International Markets Leadership.

• Analyze sales, pricing, volume, gross margin, SG&A, and operating income trends to understand key business drivers.

• Support the annual planning process through financial analysis, consolidation, and coordination across markets.

• Prepare business reviews, leadership presentations, and performance reporting for senior management.

• Develop and improve management reporting, financial models, and analytical tools to enhance decision-making.

• Contribute to the standardization, simplification, and automation of forecasting, planning, and reporting processes

Qualifications:

• 4-5+ years relevant work experience in management reporting, forecasting/planning or controlling in a multinational company

• Master’s degree in finance/accounting. If undergraduate studies are not in finance, an accounting certification (ACCA, CIMA) in progress or completed preferred

• Good knowledge of financial processes in industry and business understanding behind the financial numbers. Strong analytical skills and ability to identify key business issues and propose solutions

• Excellent excel modelling skills and relevant experience with HFM (Hyperion Planning / EPM, or other similar tools) is a plus

• English fluency mandatory and strong communication skills
