Ecolab, Inc. in Kraków seeks a Senior Financial Analyst focused on Reporting, System and Analysis. You will partner with international markets, consolidate forecasts, and deliver timely insights to senior leadership. The role emphasizes advanced Excel, HFM know-how, and collaboration across finance functions.

You will support planning, drive standardization of reporting, and develop analytical tools to enable data-driven decisions in a dynamic, global environment.

Qualifications

• 4-5+ years in management reporting, forecasting/planning or controlling in a multinational
• Master’s degree in finance or accounting; ACCA/CIMA preferred
• Excellent Excel modelling and experience with HFM is a plus
• English fluency and strong communication skills
• Able to work with executive management and drive initiatives
• Self-motivated, able to thrive in growth and change environments

Responsibilities

• Partner with market FP&A teams to consolidate forecasts and analyze performance
• Provide timely financial insights and recommendations for International Markets Leadership
• Analyze sales, pricing, volume, gross margin, SG&A, and operating income trends
• Support annual planning through financial analysis, consolidation and coordination
• Prepare business reviews and leadership presentations for senior management
• Develop and improve management reporting, financial models and tools
• Contribute to standardization, simplification and automation of forecasting, planning and reporting
