Job summary

Ecolab is seeking a Product Label Administrator in Kraków to manage label changes of moderate complexity and collaborate with internal teams and external agencies. You will maintain in-house labels using graphic software and ensure complete briefings before changes, with careful updates to artwork databases.

Ideal candidates have a bachelor's degree, 1+ year in marketing/advertising or related field, strong English, and good organizational skills.

What You Will Do

• Manage label changes of moderate complexity.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external graphics agencies.
• Maintenance of in-house labels using graphic software (as assigned).
• Ensure label briefings are complete before initiating changes.
• Keeping up to date the entries in Artwork Database, EPIC (and other databases if needed)
