Transport and Environment Polska is seeking a media and communications manager to lead planning and execution of communications for T&E Poland, shaping strategy and messages.

The role requires strong Polish media relations, persuasive writing, and experience creating social media content; you will collaborate with external agencies and internal teams.

The position is based in Warsaw with travel to EU capitals; T&E Poland offers a competitive salary in line with experience and extensive benefits.

Formación

• Strong experience in Polish media outreach and knowledge of the Polish media market.
• Good political awareness and diplomatic skills.
• Strong writing skills and ability to translate technical reports into media-friendly communications.
• Strong social media experience in a professional context.
• 5 years of relevant experience in communications.
• Native-level Polish with proficiency in English.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement the communications and media strategy for T&E Poland.
• Draft press releases and coordinate media outreach for launches of key research and reports.
• Build and manage media relations with outlets and newswires in Poland and Europe.
• Pitch stories and interviews to print, broadcast and online media.
• Monitor Polish media trends and opportunities for T&E.
• Update website sections and create social media content in coordination with the Digital Manager.
• Organize media briefings and events.
• Coordinate with external PR agencies and polling agencies.
• Contribute to donor reporting and internal communications.
