Sysco in Kraków is seeking a Project Manager - (Cyber) to lead IT projects, manage scope, schedule, budget, and quality, and coordinate with stakeholders to deliver on milestones. The role drives delivery for both individual contributors and supervisors within a dynamic security team.

You will define requirements, manage risks, monitor progress, and report on benefits realization, with a hybrid work arrangement centered at Kraków and standard Poland hours.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of project management experience in an IT environment.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience with industry-standard project management tools and methodologies.

Responsabilités

• Manages scope, schedule, budget, and quality for multiple projects.
• Coordinates with stakeholders to develop detailed project schedules and milestones.
• Monitors risks, issues, and change requests throughout the project lifecycle.
• Owns project budgets and forecasting, including vendor contracts.
