Codilime in Poland is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead network, cybersecurity and data center automation projects with a strong technical background and experience in delivering client implementations. You will ensure successful delivery and sustain growth pace across Europe and the US.

This role offers fully remote, hybrid or office work with flexible hours, a training budget, and opportunities to grow client engagements while guiding a 10+ engineer team.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Engineering Manager or similar role.
• Proven delivery of client implementations.
• Strong customer-facing communication and negotiation skills.
• Experience leading teams of 10+ engineers.
• Hands-on background in Software/Network/DevOps.
• English C1+ and ability to work across EMEA/US time zones.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of customer implementations.
• Serve as main client contact including senior management.
• Shape project roadmaps through technical and architectural discussions.
• Manage project financials (T&M and fixed-price).
• Grow engagements via upsell, cross-sell and presales support.
• Foster strong team dynamics and positive workplace culture.
• Lead complete employee lifecycle processes.
• Visit clients on-site a few times a year (Europe and US).
