CodiLime is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead network, cybersecurity, and datacenter automation projects. You will combine a strong technical background with leadership to deliver successful projects and sustain growth across global clients.

The role offers remote, hybrid, or office work with flexible hours, and opportunities to influence project roadmaps, architectures, and delivery strategies while managing multi-national teams.

Formación

• 5+ years in engineering leadership or delivery roles.
• Proven experience delivering client implementations.
• Strong customer-facing communication incl. handling escalations.
• Experience managing budgets, margins and growing client accounts.
• Experience leading teams of 10+ engineers on complex projects.
• Hands-on engineering background in software/network/DevOps/infrastructure.
• Knowledge of at least two domains among networking, network automation, cybersecurity, data center infrastructure, public cloud, CI/CD.

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end delivery of customer implementations from scoping to rollout and handover.
• Act as main point of contact for client stakeholders, including senior management.
• Participate in technical/architectural discussions and shape project roadmaps.
• Manage project financials and profitability (T&M and fixed-price).
• Grow engagements through upsell, cross-sell and presales support.
• Foster strong team dynamics and positive workplace culture.
• Serve as a people leader to manage the complete employee lifecycle (recruitment, onboarding, development).
• Visit clients on-site a few times a year across Europe and the US.

Do we have a match?

• 5+ years as an Engineering Manager, Technical Delivery Manager or in a similar role
• Proven experience delivering implementation or integration projects at client sites
• Strong customer-facing and communication skills, including handling escalations and negotiating scope
• Business acumen: experience managing budgets and margins and growing client accounts
• Experience leading teams of 10+ engineers on complex technical projects
• Hands-on engineering background (Software, Network, DevOps or Infrastructure)
• Solid knowledge of at least two of: networking, network automation, cybersecurity, Data Center infrastructure, Public Cloud, CI/CD
• English at C1 level or higher, and flexibility to work across EMEA and US time zones

Beyond the criteria above, we would appreciate the nice-to-haves:

• Experience in Professional Services or at a specialized technology vendor
• Presales experience
• PMI, PRINCES2 or SAFe certification

Your role

We are seeking an Engineering Manager to lead a network / cybersecurity/ datacenter automation projects. You need to have a strong technical background and deep understanding of the domain, and to have some network automation or software development experience. You will be responsible for the successful delivery and the sustaining of the current pace of growth of the project.
