Job summary

EPAM Systems is seeking a Senior GCP DevOps Engineer to guide architecture, migrate data, and support scalable cloud solutions for clients. You will implement CI/CD, IaC, and monitor cloud platforms with a focus on reliability and security.

The role involves collaborating with customers, designing Cloud-Native strategies, and applying best practices in GCP. Hybrid work with remote options within Poland is available.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in DevOps, Cloud Engineering, or related roles.
• Hands-on with GCP services: GKE, CloudBuild, Secret Management and Container Registry.
• Experience managing highly available, scalable Kubernetes clusters and security.
• Proficient with GitHub, CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions/Jenkins), and Docker.
• Infrastructure automation using Terraform or Ansible; Python-based troubleshooting.
• Familiar with AI integration using cloud/enterprise AI services and LLMs.

Responsibilities

• Clarify technical requirements and project scope.
• Engage with customers to ensure project alignment.
• Support Cloud-Native application adaptation and CI/CD adoption.
• Design scalable cloud apps with CDN, caching, compute optimizations, and load balancing.
• Deploy and configure GCP services including identity, network, security, and billing.
• Document decisions and designs for future reference.
• Monitor and troubleshoot cloud apps and network connectivity.
• Share knowledge and train team members.
