Job summary

You will lead the design and delivery of complex, scalable web applications across front-end and back-end layers, mentor engineers, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to shape high-quality solutions.

The role offers a hybrid model with 3 days per week in our Kraków office and opportunities to work with global clients on AI, cloud and platform modernization initiatives.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in full-stack development.
• Strong React and TypeScript/JavaScript skills.
• Java backend with Spring and Spring Boot.
• Experience designing and scaling REST APIs.
• Advanced PostgreSQL: schema, queries, indexing.
• Git, CI/CD and agile practices.
• English Level: Upper-Intermediate (B2+).

Responsibilities

• Architect, build, and maintain scalable web apps using React and Java.
• Design, develop, and evolve REST APIs for scalability and security.
• Define DB solutions in PostgreSQL with advanced indexing.
• Lead code reviews and guide testing and debugging strategies.
• Mentor mid-level and junior developers.
• Collaborate with product, QA, and engineering teams on tech direction.
• Drive architectural decisions and long-term tech choices.
