Job summary

Arup in Poland is seeking a Senior BIA Energy Consultant to lead strategic and technical advisory services for major energy investments across Poland and Europe, working directly with investors, developers, lenders, and public sector bodies.

You will manage due diligence, market assessments, and investment appraisals, mentor junior staff, and help expand Arup's Energy Advisory offering in Poland, combining technical insight with commercial acumen in a fast-evolving energy landscape.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, Energy, Economics, Finance or related field.
• 5+ years delivering advisory services in energy or infrastructure.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• English and Polish fluency; ability to work cross-nationally.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical and commercial advisory assignments for energy clients.
• Manage due diligence, market assessments and investment appraisals.
• Advise on project risks, regulations, and energy transition strategies.
• Collaborate with Arup's global teams to deliver solutions.
