Job summary

Veralto is seeking a Labor & Employee Relations (LER) Business Partner (EMEA) to lead complex investigations, guide management on labor relations, and partner with HR across multiple European regions. This fully remote role supports the EMEA region, with travel within the area as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Labor Relations, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s preferred
• Significant experience in Employee Relations, Labor Relations, HR Business Partnering, or related HR roles
• Thorough understanding of local employment laws and regulations, and experience with unions and collective bargaining agreements
• Discretion with confidential information and high integrity
• Certifications like CPID, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP are a plus

Responsibilities

• Lead highly complex and sensitive investigations into employee relations matters.
• Identify innovative solutions by gathering evidence, interviewing witnesses, and preparing detailed reports.
• Provide guidance to management on labor relations issues, including union campaigns, contract negotiations, and grievances.
• Collaborate with business leaders and HR partners to address unit-specific challenges and opportunities.
• Advise on potential restructures and proposals to terminate roles in EMEA
