Job summary

ALTEN Polska is seeking an experienced embedded firmware engineer in Poland. You will design firmware components, implement features for network protocols and platform services, and debug complex systems. The role requires strong C++ development and hands-on embedded experience, with English proficiency and CI/CD involvement.

Qualifications

Bachelor degree in IT-related field or equivalent experience.
7+ years of practical C++ software development experience.
Experience with embedded systems firmware development and debugging.
Knowledge of network protocols and real-time OS concepts is a plus.
Proficiency with Git/GitLab and Jenkins CI/CD workflows.

Responsibilities

Design firmware components for multiple devices.
Implement and validate features such as network protocols and OS services.
Perform firmware debugging and defect analysis.
Write unit and integration tests for CI/CD workflows.
Lead analysis of complex system-level issues and drive improvements.
