Job summary

Trident BMC Sp. z o. o., a part of Trident Maritime Systems, is seeking a Lead/Senior Electrical Engineer to join the Gdansk team and drive electrical design for offshore wind projects.

You will lead engineering activities, manage interfaces across disciplines, and ensure technically sound and commercially competitive solutions for offshore wind deployments. The role requires strong English, a track record in offshore electrical projects, and the ability to travel for project-related activities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in electrical engineering.
• Experience with offshore wind farms and offshore infrastructure is advantageous.
• Knowledge of IEC and CE standards.
• Strong understanding of electrical systems and LV distribution.
• Ability to communicate with clients and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate electrical engineering activities within offshore wind projects.
• Take technical responsibility from basic design to detailed engineering.
• Develop and review electrical documentation, specifications and calculations.
• Translate client requirements into practical technical solutions.
• Coordinate electrical interfaces with other disciplines and provide technical guidance.
