Job summary
Siemens Gamesa is seeking a Troubleshooter to lead offshore service teams at Ustka and Łeba, delivering maintenance, repair, and fault-finding for wind turbines. You will focus on maximizing availability while upholding safety, quality, and customer satisfaction, mentoring staff and improving MTBV in a dynamic offshore environment.
The role requires Senior/Advanced Technician experience on the D7 platform, strong leadership, and fluency in Polish and English.
Qualifications
- Senior/Advanced Technician experience on the D7 platform or similar.
- Proven leadership and decision-making skills with customer collaboration.
- Proficiency in MS Office, MORS, and remote diagnostics.
Responsibilities
- Lead technician and troubleshooting teams for scheduled and unscheduled offshore maintenance.
- Promote safety culture; report incidents/near misses and comply with EHS and site rules.
- Collaborate with customers and contractors to improve turbine performance and reliability.
- Mentor technicians on-site and deliver safety Toolbox Talks; maintain documentation and risk assessments.
