You will coordinate multi-disciplinary teams, ensure timely design phase milestones, and drive selection of appropriate technologies, while maintaining client relations. The role requires a degree in electrical engineering, proven shipyard/marine project management experience, strong cost control skills, and excellent English.

Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Experience in shipyard or marine project management.
• Strong technical knowledge across planning and problem solving.
• Good financial awareness and cost control skills.
• Ability to manage a large team.
• Proficient in English (spoken and written).
• Strong organizational and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate electrical projects in shipyard/marine sector.
• Ensure timely execution of all project stages during design phase.
• Select technologies, machinery, and equipment with other departments.
• Maintain cooperation with internal and external clients.
• Identify, analyze and resolve project-related issues.
• Monitor progress, deadlines, costs and performance.
