Job summary

NES Fircroft is seeking an experienced Construction & Commissioning Electro Engineer for a major offshore wind project in Poland (Bałtyk 2/3). The role focuses on electrical discipline oversight across WTG systems, subsea cables, and offshore substations.

Responsibilities include developing commissioning strategies, coordinating activities across the wind farm, reviewing FATs/SATs, and supporting handover to Operations. Valid Polish SEP E and D licenses are required.

Qualifications

Minimum 8 years of experience as an Electrical Engineer or Lead Engineer within construction and commissioning projects.
Valid Polish SEP E and D electrical licenses (unrestricted).

Responsibilities

Monitor offshore construction activities from Investor's perspective within the Electrical discipline.
Develop and review commissioning strategies, procedures, commissioning plans, switching schedules, and related documentation.
Provide overall coordination and planning of electrical commissioning activities across the wind farm.
Ensure cross-package alignment of electrical construction and commissioning planning as well as execution activities.
Planning, scheduling, and tracking commissioning works to ensure timely and efficient delivery.
Participate in and evaluating FATs, SATs, punch list reviews, and various site inspections.
Support and coordinating construction follow-up inspections, mechanical completion (MC) inspections, RFCC processes, and handover to Operations.
Provide flexible support to other site management functions, including logistics, warehousing, and planning when required.
