Job summary

Impact Sustainability Holding Company - 3i is seeking a seasoned project leader to manage end-to-end consulting engagements across government and private-sector clients. You will define scope, timelines, resources, and budgets, and deliver high-quality results aligned with client objectives.

You will oversee cross-functional teams, communicate with stakeholders, and conduct research and analyses to generate actionable strategic recommendations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, management, engineering, or related field.
• 5–8 years in consulting, project management, or strategy execution.
• PMP, PRINCE2 certification is a strong plus.
• Fluent in English and Arabic.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end planning and execution of consulting projects, defining scope, timelines, resources, and budgets.
• Oversee project implementation to ensure high-quality deliverables aligned with client objectives.
• Manage internal and external teams, monitor performance and resource allocation.
• Maintain proactive communication with clients through progress meetings and updates.
• Conduct research, data analysis, and develop strategic recommendations tailored to clients.
• Prepare and deliver presentations, reports, and documentation to clients and senior management.
• Facilitate executive workshops and client meetings in Riyadh or Jeddah as required.
• Identify risks, develop mitigation plans, and ensure timely project delivery.
• Travel between Riyadh and Jeddah as needed to support project phases.
