Impact Sustainability Holding Company - 3i is seeking a seasoned project leader to manage end-to-end consulting engagements across government and private-sector clients. You will define scope, timelines, resources, and budgets, and deliver high-quality results aligned with client objectives.

You will oversee cross-functional teams, communicate with stakeholders, and conduct research and analyses to generate actionable strategic recommendations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, management, engineering, or related field.
• 5–8 years in consulting, project management, or strategy execution.
• PMP, PRINCE2 certification is a strong plus.
• Fluent in English and Arabic.

Responsibilities

Maintain proactive communication with clients and stakeholders through regular progress meetings and status updates.

Conduct research, data analysis, and develop actionable strategic recommendations tailored to each client’s needs.

Prepare, review, and deliver professional presentations, reports, and documentation to clients and senior management.

Facilitate executive workshops, client meetings, and implementation sessions in Riyadh or Jeddah as required.

Identify potential risks and challenges, develop mitigation plans, and ensure timely project delivery.

Ensure continuous alignment with organizational goals and uphold consulting quality standards.

Be available for travel between Riyadh and Jeddah based on project phases and requirements.

Requirements

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s degree or MBA preferred).

Experience: Minimum 5–8 years of experience in consulting, project management, or strategy execution.

Proven experience managing consulting engagements or strategic projects with government or private-sector clients.

Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, PMP framework).

Certification: PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification is a strong plus.

Excellent communication, leadership, and client-facing skills.

Strong analytical thinking, report writing, and presentation abilities.

Proficiency in MS Office Suite, PowerPoint, and project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Asana, or Monday.com).

Fluency in English and Arabic (both written and spoken).

Willingness to travel between Riyadh and Jeddah when needed.

Saudi nationals are preferred, but open to candidates with strong regional experience.
