Job summary

CIC is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager, Expansion to lead real estate assessment and support the delivery of complex expansion opportunities worldwide. This hands-on role requires both rigorous project management and deep knowledge of real estate transactions.

As the operational and real estate lead for opportunities that become CIC centers, you will coordinate cross-functional teams, prepare decision-ready materials, and ensure milestones are met across regions and governments.

Qualifications

• At least seven years of relevant experience in commercial real estate.
• Strong working knowledge of real estate deal processes, including feasibility, due diligence, and deal structuring.
• Experience presenting to senior executives and external partners.
• Bachelor's degree in real estate, business, finance, engineering, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead initial real estate feasibility assessments for qualified opportunities.
• Coordinate internal and external stakeholders across finance, design, legal and operations.
• Structure and negotiate commercial terms, including term sheets and letters of intent.
• Maintain a disciplined risk, issue, action, and decision process.
• Represent CIC with government entities, universities, developers, and partners.
