Job summary

WPP Enterprise Solutions designs, builds, and operates growth systems for leading brands, blending strategy with execution in a global, partner-rich environment. The Senior Project Manager will drive complex eCommerce-enabled projects on a B2B contract, coordinating cross-functional teams, budgets, and stakeholder communications in Poland.

The role emphasizes agile delivery, re-platforming experience, and strong English communication to deliver high-quality outcomes within scope and deadlines.

Qualifications

• Proven software development Project Management experience.
• eCommerce experience ideally within a retail environment.
• Proven experience managing re-platforming projects and owning the cutover process.
• Proven experience of scope control within project delivery.
• Experience working on eCommerce platform projects delivering change to external stakeholders.
• Excellent understanding of the software development lifecycle and release management.

Responsibilities

• Effectively run complex projects using Agile methodologies.
• Support the flow of work by providing solutions to issues and blockers.
• Produce accurate status reporting on milestones, risks, and issues for stakeholders and sponsors.
• Manage several workstreams and ensure teams understand outputs and quality.
• Manage interdependencies between workstreams.
• Lead teams with limited Agile experience and suggest improvements.
• Motivate teams to hit deadlines and deliver quality outputs.
• Review and update the project resource plan and budgets.
• Foster relationships with senior management and business stakeholders.
• Develop customer confidence by understanding needs and delivering solutions.
