Job summary

WPP Enterprise Solutions seeks an experienced Project Manager with a Commerce and digital marketing background for our Poland-based eCommerce team. You will lead complex Adobe-driven transformation projects to implement Marketing and Commerce Solutions across clients and partners.

You will work with cross-functional teams, manage budgets and timelines, and ensure delivery to high-quality standards while building strong senior stakeholder relationships.

Qualifications

• Experience in software development project management.
• Strong background in digital marketing implementation projects for a software vendor or with a mixed vendor/customer background.
• Proven experience with Digital Marketing & Automation, Campaign, or Content Management solutions.
• Proven experience implementing Adobe solutions (AEM, AEP, Campaign, Commerce).
• Experience managing re-platforming projects and owning the cutover process.

Responsibilities

• Lead and run complex digital marketing and commerce projects using Agile methodologies (e.g. Scrum).
• Manage end-to-end project life cycle: estimation, scope, planning, monitoring, execution, risks, budget, and reporting.
• Produce accurate status reports on milestones, risks, and issues for stakeholders.
• Manage multiple workstreams and interdependencies to deliver high-quality outputs.
