Job summary

VML Enterprise Solutions in Poland is seeking a Senior Project Manager for our eCommerce Team on a contract basis. You will lead complex projects with Agile, coordinating with the Programme Manager/Account Director to hit milestones and budget targets.

The role requires hands-on CMS/DXP experience (Optimizely, Contentful, Adobe AEM, Sitecore, Umbraco) and proven ability to manage re-platforming and cross-functional collaboration across stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Proven software development project management experience.
• eCommerce experience ideally within a retail environment.
• Hands-on experience on CMS or DXP projects (e.g., Optimizely, Contentful, Adobe AEM, Sitecore, Umbraco).
• Experience gathering requirements for content architecture, page templates, component libraries, editorial workflows, or content migrations.
• Proven experience managing re-platforming projects and owning the cutover process.
• Experience of managing people and budgets within project delivery.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

• Run complex projects using Agile methodologies.
• Support the efficient flow of work by providing solutions to issues and blockers.
• Produce accurate status reporting regarding milestones, risks, and issues to stakeholders.
• Manage several workstreams and ensure teams understand output and quality.
• Manage interdependencies between workstreams.
• Inspire and lead teams with different Agile experience and drive process improvements.
• Motivate teams to meet objectives and deliver high-quality outputs on time.
• Review and update the project resource plan while controlling budgets.
