Job summary

Qualifications
- Proven software development Project Management experience.
- Experience with eCommerce in retail preferred.
- Hands-on CMS/DXP project experience (Optimizely, Contentful, Adobe AEM, Sitecore, Umbraco).
- Experience gathering content architecture and publishing workflows.
- Need for scope control and cutover ownership.
- Strong agile delivery and budget management.
- Excellent English verbal and written skills.
Responsibilities
- Run complex Agile projects across multiple workstreams.
- Resolve blockers and ensure timely delivery of milestones.
- Provide accurate status reports to stakeholders and sponsors.
- Lead teams with varying Agile maturity and drive process improvements.
- Manage interdependencies and resource plans.
- Guide junior PMs and monitor budgets.
- Set client expectations and handle escalations diplomatically.
