Job summary

VML Enterprise Solutions in Poland seeks a Senior Project Manager for its eCommerce team on a contract basis. You will lead complex, cross-functional projects from initiation to delivery, applying Agile methods and ensuring on-time, on-budget outcomes with close stakeholder collaboration.

Ideal candidates bring proven PM experience in eCommerce, strong leadership, and the ability to manage budgets, interdependencies, and cross-workstream coordination while communicating clearly in English.

Qualifications

• Proven software development project management experience.
• eCommerce experience ideally in a retail environment.
• Proven experience managing re-platforming projects and cutover processes.
• Experience with scope control in project delivery.
• Experience delivering changes to external stakeholders on eCommerce platforms.
• Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and release management.
• Ability to meet customer expectations under strict deadlines.
• Experience leading teams through multiple lifecycle stages.
• Knowledge of modern software development practices and agile methods.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English.

Responsibilities

• Run complex projects using Agile methodologies.
• Provide solutions to issues and blockers to keep work flowing.
• Produce accurate status reports on milestones, deliverables, risks, and issues for stakeholders.
