Sii Poland is seeking a Lead Dynamics 365 & Power Platform Consultant to join the Microsoft Business Applications team in Kraków. You will design, implement, and develop solutions based on Dynamics 365 and Power Platform within digital transformation projects.

The role blends consulting, technical, and business skills with a strong focus on process analysis, solution design, and stakeholder collaboration. You will participate in integration and migration projects and support pre-sales activities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Dynamics 365 and Power Platform projects.
• Practical knowledge of Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, and Dataverse.
• Experience in conducting workshops, gathering requirements, and collaborating with business stakeholders.
• Knowledge of system integration, data migration, ALM, and governance in the Microsoft environment.
• Ability to independently design solutions and combine business and technical aspects.
• Very good command of English enabling work in an international environment.
• Located in Poland.

Responsibilities

• Conducting workshops, requirements analysis, and business process mapping
• Designing and implementing solutions based on Dynamics 365 and Power Platform
• Executing integration and migration projects within the Microsoft ecosystem
• Advising on selecting solutions that meet the organization's business needs
• Collaborating with delivery teams and architects on end-to-end project execution
• Participating in pre-sales activities, estimations, and solution concept preparation
