Job summary

Sii Poland is seeking a Lead Dynamics 365 & Power Platform Consultant to join our Microsoft Business Applications team. You will design, implement, and deliver end-to-end solutions in digital transformation projects across industries.

This role blends consulting, delivery, and solution architecture. You will run workshops, map business processes, drive requirements, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure solutions meet strategic goals in a Polish, international environment.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of experience in Dynamics 365 and Power Platform projects.
Experience with workshops, requirements gathering, and stakeholder collaboration.
Knowledge of system integration, data migration, ALM, and governance in Microsoft environment.
Ability to independently design solutions blending business and technical aspects.
Very good command of English for an international environment.

Responsibilities

Conduct workshops, requirements analysis, and business process mapping.
Design and implement Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions.
Execute integration and migration projects within the Microsoft ecosystem.
Advise on selecting solutions meeting business needs.
Collaborate with delivery teams and architects on end-to-end project execution.
Participate in pre-sales activities, estimations, and solution concept preparation.
