Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, phone-based customer service for insurance clients.
• Handle complex inquiries, policy adjustments and elevated service cases.
• Mentor and coach junior team members, dedicating time to training and onboarding.
• Lead onboarding sessions, provide floorwalking support and ongoing training.
• Assist colleagues with challenging claims and edge-case procedures.
• Ensure smooth workflows and maintain high service standards.
