Job summary

AMS is seeking a Talent Sourcer in Poland to connect with candidates, learn about talent markets, and support hiring success. You’ll work with recruiters and hiring managers to meet hiring needs across markets, using multi-channel sourcing and proactive candidate engagement.

You will develop talent pipelines and present profiles to inform decisions, while maintaining data integrity in recruitment systems. A hybrid work model and growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Dutch and English with strong written and verbal communication.
• Must be able to learn quickly and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent research, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to understand hiring needs and support sourcing activities.
• Identify and engage potential candidates via sourcing channels and social media.
• Develop creative sourcing approaches to attract talent for various roles and markets.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future needs.
• Conduct outreach and screening conversations to assess fit and interest.
• Leverage market insights to improve sourcing effectiveness and candidate engagement.
• Create compelling candidate experiences through proactive communication.
• Present candidate profiles and recommendations to support decisions.
• Maintain recruitment data across systems accurately.
• Share best practices and contribute to team success.

• Proficiency in MS Office applications.

Nice to Have

• Experience in recruitment, sourcing, customer service, sales, research, or a people-focused environment.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms, CRM systems, or other recruitment technologies.
• Knowledge of sourcing techniques and talent attraction strategies.
• Additional language skills and/or industry-specific knowledge.
