Job summary

IQVIA Language Solutions, Europe-based, seeks an Associate Director, Strategic Business Development to own net-new business across pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical device, CRO and healthcare clients, driving multi-stakeholder deals and strategic opportunities across Europe.

You will build a robust pipeline, lead consultative discovery, position AI-enabled delivery models, and manage end-to-end sales cycles with cross-functional teams to deliver measurable customer impact and growth.

Qualifications

Proven success in enterprise business development with net-new revenue targets.
Experience selling to pharma, biotech, medical device or healthcare.
Localization or regulated-content exposure preferred; adjacent life sciences tech ok.
Ability to open new accounts and progress multi-stakeholder deals from discovery to close.
Consultative, value-based selling with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Own and exceed net-new bookings and revenue targets across health sectors.
Build and manage a high-quality pipeline through strategy and events.
Lead consultative discovery with senior stakeholders and translate challenges into solutions.
Position AI-enabled, human-assisted delivery models by risk and outcomes.
Own full sales cycle from qualification to contract and handover.
