BlitzenX Solutions seeks a Senior Director to lead our Guidewire Go-To-Market Delivery Team, driving end-to-end execution from onboarding to strategic account growth. You will command a cross-functional pod and anchor early-stage delivery while shaping long-term revenue expansion.

This build-operate-scale role blends delivery expertise, sales intuition, and operational rigor to transform new accounts into scalable, high-value relationships.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Guidewire (PC/BC/CC) with architecture-level exposure.
• Strong understanding of Guidewire cloud, APIs (REST/SOAP), DevOps pipelines.
• Proven track record growing Guidewire or tech-focused clients to ARR > $1M or double-digit growth in Year 1.
• Experience leading geographically dispersed delivery teams.

Responsibilities

• Define and scale a GTM playbook combining delivery excellence with alliance-oriented growth tactics.
• Lead onboarding and mobilization of new Guidewire accounts — from project initiation to value realization within 180 days.
• Build relationships with Sales, Practice, Alliance partners, and Delivery teams to drive joint planning and demand generation.
• Grow each new Guidewire client into a high-value relationship with strategic partnerships and cross-sell initiatives.
• Lead technical governance across PC/BC/CC, DevOps, and cloud deployment.
