This senior role owns client retention, account health, and day-to-day operational delivery, while ensuring the right work is done by the right people at the right time.

Qualifications

• Extensive hands-on experience in Amazon PPC and account management.
• Proven leadership of a client-facing account operations team.
• Strong English communication and cross-functional collaboration.
• Ability to make independent operational decisions with minimal oversight.
• Experience scaling account operations in a fast-moving e-commerce environment.

Responsibilities

• Own client relationships and maintain long-term account health.
• Lead client calls, set agendas, and manage expectations.
• Translate client goals into internal priorities for teams.
• Proactively identify underperforming accounts and risks.
• Coordinate PPC, AM, CSM, and catalogue priorities across teams.
• Provide senior-level strategic guidance on complex accounts.
• Own day-to-day project management in ClickUp and cadence establishment.
• Ensure quality control and timely delivery.
• Stay hands-on to backstop execution when needed.
