Job summary

Scalejet is seeking an Amazon Manager to own the brand management and new product launches for the US market. You will lead from market validation to top-ranking execution, driving growth for existing products through ongoing optimization and data-backed decisions.

You will work with product development, creatives, and ops teams to ensure successful launches and ongoing performance improvements, leveraging Helium 10, Keepa, Data Dive, and Jungle Scout.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of Amazon experience, US marketplace focus.
• Proven success in product launches and brand development.
• Deep knowledge of Amazon visuals, SEO, and listing optimization.
• Experience with Helium 10, Keepa, Jungle Scout, and similar tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Amazon product development: market research, validation, launch and post-launch optimization.
• Develop and execute scalable launch SOPs.
• Own Amazon launch strategy: listing creation, PPC, pricing, inventory, and reviews.
• Collaborate with product development, creatives, and operations to bring products to market.
• Create SEO-optimized, conversion-focused product listings using keyword research.
• Launch products with a focus on momentum: sales velocity, reviews, and keyword ranking.
• Use tools to support data-driven decisions throughout the lifecycle.
• Monitor product performance daily and adjust to improve KPIs.
• Plan inventory based on launch timelines and restock strategies.
• Post-launch analysis to extract insights for future launches.
• Identify launch risks ( hijackers, suppression, stockouts) and mitigate them.
• Mentor internal teams on launch best practices and innovation.
