Sonova Group in Poland seeks a Senior Digital Solutions Project Manager to lead strategic digital initiatives that enhance customer and user experiences, enable smarter workflows, and strengthen our digital ecosystem. You will steer cross-functional teams across CX, marketing, IT, data, and engineering to deliver scalable, platform-wide solutions including DAM and PIM.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or master's degree in business, project management, marketing, or similar relevant education.
Experience driving organizational change, particularly in the digital space.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital platform management, CX, digital project management or similar.
Experience collaborating and steering cross-functional teams across multiple departments.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence and work effectively across multiple departments and stakeholders.
A proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and innovation.
Self-starter, comfortable working with stakeholders from different countries and cultures, ability to work with both remote and co-located teams.
Tech-forward, AI-ready & future-oriented.
Ability to lead teams through digital transformation and change initiatives, fostering a culture of innovation and adaptability.
Proven experience in digital platform project management and steering cross-functional teams across multiple departments
Strong analytical skills to drive data-informed decisions and strategic thinking to align projects with organizational goals.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with multiple competing priorities.
Experience driving organizational change in the digital space.
Fluency in English.
5+ years of experience with project/program management methodologies
Familiarity with emerging technologies like AI-driven tools, ERP/CRM integration

Responsibilities

Define and drive the vision, strategy and roadmap for next-generation digital solutions across B2B and B2C audiences.
Lead end-to-end digital projects and initiatives, from business needs and requirements through solution design, implementation, launch and continuous improvement.
Translate business needs into clear requirements and solution concepts, facilitating workshops, prioritizing initiatives and ensuring alignment between business stakeholders and technical teams.
Drive the implementation and evolution of digital platforms and capabilities, including DAM, PIM and other digital solutions, taking a platform-agnostic and scalable approach.
Identify and drive continuous improvement across digital solutions, platforms, processes and ways of working.
Lead cross-functional teams across CX, business, marketing, digital, UX/UI, data, IT, engineering, security, quality and other relevant functions.
Manage integrations and dependencies across the broader digital ecosystem, working with internal teams and external partners to enable connected and scalable solutions.
Drive stakeholder engagement, governance and transparent communication, including status reporting, risk and issue management, escalation and decision-making.
Support organizational change and solution adoption through stakeholder engagement, communication, training and rollout activities.
Ensure security, data privacy, regulatory, quality and compliance requirements are appropriately addressed in collaboration with relevant subject-matter experts.
Manage external partners and vendors, including delivery, technology evaluations, procurement and performance management where required.
Define, track and report KPIs covering delivery, resources, budget, adoption and business value.
