Job summary

People More seeks an AWS DevOps Engineer for Kraków, hybrid work. You will manage AWS accounts, build IaC with Terraform, automate with Python, and support global engineering teams.

Requirements include strong AWS experience, Terraform expertise, Linux/Windows admin skills, CI/CD tooling with Git/Ansible, and good English/Polish. B2B contract, salary 100–135 PLN/h, Kraków office 2–3 days/week.

AWS DevOps Engineer (hybrid - Kraków)

Your Duties Will Include

• Managing AWS accounts and key cloud platform services.
• Supporting development teams in launching secure and reliable applications.
• Building and maintaining infrastructure using Terraform and Infrastructure as Code practices.
• Automating operational processes using Python or advanced scripting.
• Providing on-call support and resolving technical incidents.
• Leading or supporting major incident investigations.
• Creating clear technical and operational documentation.
• Collaborating with engineering teams across global projects.
• Ensuring cloud solutions meet security, risk, and compliance requirements

Requirements That Must Be Met

• Strong commercial experience with AWS and a broad range of cloud services.
• Practical knowledge of DevOps and Agile methodologies.
• Very good knowledge of Terraform.
• Strong Linux and/or Windows administration skills.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and tools such as Git and Ansible.
• Experience delivering enterprise infrastructure solutions.
• Python development skills or strong scripting and automation experience.
• Good understanding of cloud security in an AWS environment.

• Ability to work from the Kraków office 2–3 days per week.
