Job summary

Allegro Ltd. is seeking a logistics operations specialist to manage ad-hoc topics within the Operations stream and drive improvements in our courier network.

You will collaborate with tech and product teams to implement new functionalities and develop actionable reports focused on efficiency and cost analysis. You will ensure compliance with operational procedures, safety and quality standards across the supply chain while communicating clearly with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience in logistics operations and courier delivery services.
• Knowledge of operational and administrative processes in a courier/logistics company.
• English at least B2 level.
• Valid category B driver’s license; willingness to travel for business.
• Familiarity with shipment tracking systems is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Job description

Managing ad-hoc topics and initiatives within the Operations stream

Collaborating with tech and product teams to drive system improvements and implement new functionalities

Creating and interpreting operational reports, as well as preparing periodic reviews on operational process efficiency and cost analysis, particularly using Lean Management principles

Ensuring process compliance with applicable operational procedures, safety standards, and quality standards across the entire supply chain

This is the right job for you if:

You have experience in logistics operations and courier delivery services

You understand operational and administrative processes within a courier or logistics company

You are comfortable working in a dynamic environment and meeting deadlines

You can demonstrate strong attention to detail and task management skills

You have highly developed communication skills

You have strong problem-solving, analytical, and innovation skills, along with a proactive attitude

You can use English in practice at a minimum B2 level

You hold a valid category B driver's license (willingness to travel for business)

You are familiar with shipment tracking systems and applications (nice to have)

You can demonstrate strong analytical skills

You are proficient in MS Excel and familiar with SQL (nice to have)
