Job summary

Allegro Ltd. is seeking a Courier Operations Coordinator to lead the daily activities of our courier team responsible for parcel deliveries and pickups. You will coordinate settlements, documentation, and data entry while ensuring accuracy in our warehouse system.

You will train Carriers, support couriers in daily work, and report performance to the Manager. A strong team focus, adaptability to shifts, and clear communication are essential to succeed in this role.

Qualifications

• Secondary education completed.
• Experience in a similar courier role is preferred.
• Strong communication abilities and teamwork are essential.
• Willingness to work shifts and adapt to a dynamic environment.

• Have experience in a similar position within a courier company
• Have basic knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel (nice to have)
• Have completed secondary education
• Are familiar with local city topography
• Have strong communication skills and enjoy working with others (we work as a team daily)
• Are able to make independent decisions and perform effectively under pressure
• Are open to shift work
