Job summary

EPAM Systems in Poland is seeking a Senior Data Delivery Manager to serve as the trusted Engagement Lead for enterprise-scale data and AI programs. You will steer engagements from initial conversations through delivery, aligning data-led commitments with measurable outcomes and long-term partnerships.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams across Sales, Delivery, Solution Architects, and client stakeholders, shaping delivery models, governance, and roadmaps.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in IT services, consulting, or digital delivery focused on data.
• Leads multi-stream data engagements for enterprise clients.
• Experience in presales and solution shaping with business value alignment.
• Strong English communication; other languages a plus.
• Knowledge of data architecture patterns, governance, privacy.
• Ability to translate data strategy into roadmaps and KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end data engagements—from qualification to delivery and expansion.
• Lead governance, steering committees, and client communications.
• Partner with Sales and Solution Architects during presales.
• Coordinate delivery across data engineers, data scientists, analytics specialists, data architects, product owners, and fellow Delivery Managers.
• Define target-state data visions with KPIs and roadmaps.
• Identify growth opportunities through data capability roadmaps.
