Job summary

EPAM Systems in Poland is seeking a Manager/Senior Manager in AI and Data Consulting to shape analytics and AI strategies, design platforms, and guide transformation for enterprise clients.

You will own outcomes with senior stakeholders, mentor teams of data scientists and engineers, lead multi-market programs, and ensure responsible use of GenAI while delivering measurable value. This role blends strategic vision with hands-on delivery across data platforms and AI initiatives.

Qualifications

• Over 10 years in data/analytics/AI
• Experience in product, delivery, consulting or presales
• Demonstrated leadership of 10+ person teams
• Experience managing data products across platforms (data warehouses, lakes, BI)
• Experience shaping AI products and GenAI use cases
• Ability to articulat​e business value to executives

Responsibilities

• Engage with senior stakeholders to identify data/AI opportunities
• Lead workshops and interviews to define strategic needs
• Map client vision to data/AI products and platforms
• Define success metrics and track value post go-live
• Manage engagements end-to-end ensuring quality and client satisfaction
• Define human oversight for AI products and governance
• Lead multidisciplinary teams to deliver MVPs and production-grade products
• Mentor clients and teams on data/analytics/AI best practices
• Collaborate with account managers on strategic relationships
• Contribute to proposals and RFX responses
