Job summary

Sii Poland is seeking a Senior Dynamics 365 Technical Consultant to join a growing technology services organization delivering complex digital transformation projects for international clients. You will combine deep technical expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and software development with strong leadership to guide project teams and shape solution architecture.

Responsibilities include leading design and implementation, QA, producing technical documentation, and guiding

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of experience in a consultative role related to Microsoft Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform.
Expert knowledge of Dynamics 365 CE apps, Dataverse, Power Apps and Power Automate.
Strong SDLC understanding with Agile and Waterfall backgrounds.
Ability to communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Proven leadership in guiding project teams.

Responsibilities

Leading the design and implementation of Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions.
Conducting QA, defect resolution, and documentation processes.
Producing clear technical documentation for delivery and handovers.
Identifying gaps in customer requirements and designing integrated solutions.
Focusing on security, quality, budget, scalability and longevity.
Utilizing Visual Studio and C# to develop solutions.
Managing projects using Agile and Waterfall with Azure DevOps.
Writing user stories, acceptance criteria, and estimating work.
