Job summary

Sii Poland is seeking a Lead Dynamics 365 & Power Platform Consultant to join the Microsoft Business Applications team in Poland. You will design, implement, and develop solutions based on Dynamics 365 and Power Platform within digital transformation projects.

The role blends consulting, technical, and business skills with emphasis on process analysis, solution design, and stakeholder collaboration, including integration, migration, and pre-sales activities.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in Dynamics 365 and Power Platform projects.
Hands-on with Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, and Dataverse.
Experience in workshops, requirements gathering, and working with business stakeholders.
Familiarity with system integration, data migration, ALM, and governance in the Microsoft environment.
Ability to independently design solutions combining business and technical aspects.
Excellent English in an international environment.

Responsibilities

Conducting workshops, requirements analysis, and business process mapping
Designing and implementing solutions based on Dynamics 365 and Power Platform
Executing integration and migration projects within the Microsoft ecosystem
Advising on selecting solutions that meet the organization's business needs
Collaborating with delivery teams and architects on end-to-end project execution
Participating in pre-sales activities, estimations, and solution concept preparation
