Job summary

We are looking for a Senior Dynamics 365 Technical Consultant to join Sii Poland, a growing technology services organization delivering complex digital transformation projects for international clients.

You will combine deep technical expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform with strong leadership to guide project teams, shape solution architecture, and ensure successful delivery from concept to deployment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in a consultative role related to Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.
• Expert knowledge of Dynamics 365 CE, Dataverse, Power Apps and Power Automate.
• Strong understanding of SDLC; experience with Agile and Waterfall.
• Ability to communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Proven ability to deliver high-quality solutions based on accurate estimates and planning.
• Excellent leadership skills to guide project teams.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Residency in Poland.

Responsibilities

• Leading the design and implementation of solutions using Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.
• Conducting quality assurance through testing, defect resolution, and documentation.
• Producing concise technical documentation to support delivery work and handovers.
• Identifying gaps in requirements and designing complementary solutions.
• Implementing secure, scalable, and cost-effective solutions.
• Using Visual Studio, C#, and related languages to develop solutions.
• Managing projects with Agile and Waterfall; using Azure DevOps for backlog and source control.
• Writing user stories, acceptance criteria, and estimating tasks across the lifecycle.
