Sii Poland is seeking a Senior Dynamics 365 Technical Consultant to join a growing technology services team delivering complex digital transformation projects for international clients.

You will blend deep technical expertise in Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and software development with strong leadership to guide project teams, shape solution architecture, and ensure successful delivery from concept to deployment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in a consultative/advisory Dynamics 365/Power Platform role.
• Expert knowledge of Dynamics 365 CE, Dataverse, Power Apps and Power Automate.
• Strong SDLC understanding; experience with Agile and Waterfall.
• Ability to communicate complex concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Proven ability to deliver high-quality solutions with accurate estimates.
• Excellent leadership to guide project teams.
• Advanced English.
• Residency in Poland.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and implementation of Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions to meet client needs.
• Conduct QA, testing, defect resolution, and documentation processes.
• Produce clear technical documentation to support delivery and handovers.
• Identify gaps in customer requirements and design complementing solutions.
• Implement solutions with emphasis on security, quality, budget, scalability, and longevity.
• Utilize Visual Studio, C#, and other languages to develop solutions.
• Manage projects using Agile and Waterfall; leverage Azure DevOps for backlog and source control.
• Write user stories, acceptance criteria, and break work into tasks with accurate estimates.
