Job summary

Sii Poland is seeking a Senior Dynamics 365 Technical Consultant to drive digital transformation for international clients. You will lead design and delivery, integrate Power Platform, and guide teams using Agile and Waterfall methodologies.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in Dynamics 365 with the full CE suite, Dataverse, Power Apps, and Power Automate, plus strong leadership and English skills. Polish residency is required for this role in Poland.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in a consultative/advisory role related to Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform
• Expert knowledge of Dynamics 365 CE and Dataverse, Power Apps, Power Automate
• Strong understanding of SDLC and experience with both Agile and Waterfall methodologies
• Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Proven ability to deliver high-quality solutions based on accurate estimates and thorough planning
• Excellent leadership skills to guide project teams
• Advanced level of English
• Residency in Poland

Responsibilities

• Leading the design and implementation of Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions
• Conducting quality assurance through testing, defect resolution, and documentation
• Producing technical documentation to support delivery and handovers
• Identifying gaps in customer requirements and designing suitable solutions
• Implementing solutions with focus on security, quality, budget, scalability, and longevity
• Utilizing Visual Studio, C#, and related languages to develop solutions
• Managing projects using Agile and Waterfall, including Azure DevOps for backlog and source control
• Writing user stories, acceptance criteria, and estimating work across the project lifecycle
