Job summary

Sii Poland is seeking a Senior Dynamics 365 Technical Consultant to join a growing technology services organization delivering complex digital transformation projects for international clients.

You will combine deep technical expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and software development with strong leadership skills to guide project teams, shape solution architecture, and ensure successful delivery from concept to deployment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in a consultative/advisory role related to Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.
• Expert knowledge of Dynamics 365 CE, Dataverse, Power Apps and Power Automate.
• Strong SDLC understanding with Agile and Waterfall experience.
• Proven ability to deliver high-quality solutions with accurate estimates and planning.
• Excellent leadership and stakeholder communication skills.
• Advanced level of English and residency in Poland.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and implementation of solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform to meet client needs.
• Conduct QA through testing, defect resolution, and documentation processes.
• Produce technical documentation to support delivery and handovers.
• Identify gaps in customer requirements and design solutions using Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.
• Implement solutions focusing on security, quality, budget, scalability, and longevity.
• Utilize programming skills in Visual Studio and C# to develop solutions.
• Manage projects with Agile and Waterfall methodologies and Azure DevOps for backlog and source control.
• Write user stories and acceptance criteria, break them into tasks, and estimate throughout the lifecycle.
