HLTH is seeking an experienced Operations Manager for a hands-on, remote role coordinating fulfillment, logistics, CX, and reporting for our DTC brand. You’ll own site functionality, product setup, catalog accuracy, back-end pipelines, and serve as the operations glue for our 3PL and supply chain partners.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in DTC/ecommerce operations, Shopify experience, and a track record of managing stock, orders, and customer experience with documented SOPs.

Formación

• 5+ years in operations at a DTC/ecommerce
• Hands on Shopify experience with ability to work independently
• Demonstrated ownership of site, demand forecasting, and fulfillment operations
• Experience working with overseas 3PLs to fix fulfillment errors
• Strong with Google Workspace tools, ClickUp, and AI softwares
• Demonstrated knowledge in writing SOPs people can understand

Responsabilidades

• Drive XFN collaboration across the organization to ensure efficiency goals are met
• Manage routine technical checks for site accuracy, pricing, performance, and the end to end purchase path
• Coordinate with marketing, brand, and engineering teams to ensure website content is accurate and launched on schedule
• Support implementation of merchandising best practices to improve customer experience
• Ensure claims and content align with regulatory and compliance requirements for our products
• Monitor order flow, fulfillment SLAs, inventory syncs, and resolve exceptions and failed deliveries
• Work closely with CX on order issues, returns, and escalations
• Maintain recurring reporting on company and department performance KPIs
• Find and resolve operational bottlenecks within the team to improve efficiency
