Job summary

ServiceNow is seeking a skilled Solution Consultant to support Cyber Security Solution Sales in a hands-on, technical capacity. You will guide revenue for a leading product with input from Sales, Product Management, and executives, delivering deep solution delivery and positioning during sales cycles.

The role emphasizes developing, positioning, and providing product-specific solutions, while achieving quarterly and annual sales goals for the assigned territory. Travel is required as necessary.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of pre-sales solution consulting or sales engineering experience.
• Experience integrating AI into workflows, decision-making or problem-solving.
• Proficiency with the ServiceNow platform or cloud software solutions.
• Experience collaborating with product management, product marketing, partners, and professional services.

Responsibilities

• Support product sales as a technical and domain expert across multiple industry markets.
• Lead discovery workshops and product demonstrations to align solutions with customer needs.
• Develop client partner relationships and guide strategic programs for top accounts.
• Provide feedback to product management on enhancements for customer value.
• Share best practices with other Solution Consultants to improve team quality and efficiency.
• Stay current on competitive analysis and market differentiation.
