Job summary

Black Financial Consult is seeking a Salesforce Solution Architect to translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce and ServiceNow solutions. You will lead solution architecture, guide implementation teams, ensure best practices, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver CRM and digital transformation projects.

Qualifications

• 8–15 years of experience in enterprise technology consulting.
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on ServiceNow architecture experience.
• Strong understanding of CRM transformation and business process automation.
• Experience designing API-led integrations with third-party enterprise systems.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience working in remote, distributed consulting teams.

Responsibilities

• Design scalable ServiceNow solution architectures aligned with client objectives.
• Lead end-to-end ServiceNow implementation projects across Cloud areas.
• Translate business requirements into technical designs and architecture docs.
• Define system integrations using APIs and middleware.
• Provide technical leadership to developers and consultants.
• Review designs, configurations, and custom developments for quality.
• Support project planning, estimation, risk identification, and decisions.
• Collaborate with BAs, Developers, QA Engineers, and PMs.
• Ensure compliance with Salesforce best practices, security standards, and governance.
• Participate in client workshops, architecture reviews, and demos.
