Job summary

SOFTSWISS is seeking a Senior CRM Manager to own and optimize the CRM ecosystem across Delivery, marketing, pre-sales, sales, and operations. You will drive adoption, automation, and impactful data insights to scale business growth and efficiency.

You will lead reporting development, workflows, and cross-functional guidance, optimizing workflows and user support while collaborating with multiple teams and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 2+ years hands-on Hubspot experience (setup, automations, users support).
• Experience in reports and dashboards creation (SQL knowledge).
• Analytical mindset with ability to translate insights into actions.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize CRM system usage across multiple teams to improve adoption and efficiency.
• Analyze CRM data to generate actionable insights that support business growth and cross-selling opportunities.
• Build and improve workflows and automation within the CRM to streamline operations.
• Develop internal reporting capabilities, reducing reliance on external tools.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance CRM performance and usability.
• Support and guide different CRM streams, acting as the main point of contact for users.
